- If the maid / worker wants to discontinue his / her service then it must be informed to the client at least one month before discontinuation..
- The client shall provide/ pay salary, accommodation, food, minor medical treatment, 10% yearly increment (accommodation only for Live-in worker) .
- DMA takes an advance payment service charge of BDT 5000 (Five thousand taka) and equal to worker / maid's one (01) month salary at the time of agreement or online service booking.
- If any maid / worker leaves before completing the duration of the agreement then DMA will not change any salary amount for the replaced maid / worker. Same terms & conditions will continue.
- DMA will provide a maid / worker for a client within 5 to 15 days of the signed agreement unless the parties agreed otherwise.
- After appointment of the maid / worker, if any client is unsatisfied, DMA will provide replacement of the maid / worker.
- DMA takes full responsibility of ensuring the safety and security of the client .
- Client has to pay twice Eid / Festival bonus at 50% (as may be agreed upon) of the monthly salary to the maid / worker if s/he has provided at least 06(six) months service period to the festival in a year.
- If a maid / worker leaves his / her service suddenly, his / her salary will be forfeited and it funded to DMA.
- If any maid / worker indulges in any indiscipline activity with the client, appropriate lawful action may be taken against the maid / worker in consultation with the DMA.
- Maid registration at the local Police Station will be performed by the client and DMA shall provide maid / worker’s details identity to the client.
- The client cannot notify this agreement without an advance notice to DMA.
- If the client wants another maid / worker, s/he will inform the matter to DMA as the same terms & conditions.
- The client has to deposit an amount equal to 01 (one) month's salary of the new maid / worker to DMA as an advance payment which will be adjusted in equal 12-24 installments against the monthly salary of the Maid / worker .
- The Client will pay the monthly salary to the Maid through DMA within 1st 05 (five) days of every month.
- If any maid / worker tortured by the client or his/her family member (If It's proved), then DMA can take up a legal course against the client or his/her family member(s).
- Any offence committed by the maid / worker, in that case the client should not become inhuman to the maid / worker.
- Notice for every client that the money will not be refunded for any reason whatever, here the principle, service will be provided instead of service but no money.
- 5% - 10% salary of the maid / worker will be adjusted in equal 12-24 installments against the deposited advance payment made to DMA or any other mode as may be agreed upon.
- After expired this agreement duration, if the client wants to continue provided maid / worker, then s/ he must pay our renewal charges as the same terms and conditions or under discussion.
